The service
EverFlow Solutions configures and operates AI agents that answer calls and texts, book appointments, follow up on leads, request reviews and re-engage past customers on behalf of your business. The service connects to third-party tools you authorise us to access.
Accounts and billing
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping account access secure.
Fees, billing cycle and setup costs are set out in your order form or agreement.
We may suspend the service for non-payment after reasonable notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited communications, or to violate telemarketing, SMS or call-recording laws; to interfere with the service; or to harass, defraud or mislead your customers.
AI limitations
The agents are built to handle common conversations accurately, and they can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing the configuration for your business (services, escalation rules, any pricing you ask it to quote) and for monitoring conversations where accuracy is critical. Human takeover is available at any time. We do not represent that any configuration is compliant with the laws of your jurisdiction; that determination is yours and your counsel's.
Intellectual property
We own the systems, prompts and documentation we build, excluding your own data and materials. You grant us a licence to use your data solely to provide and improve the service. Nothing here transfers ownership of your business data, brand or customer relationships to EverFlow Solutions.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, EverFlow Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose.
Termination
Either party may terminate as set out in the order form or agreement, or with 30 days' written notice where no term is specified. We may suspend or terminate immediately for a material breach of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
