Sharing
We share data with the tools your business already connects (CRM, calendar and messaging providers) strictly to deliver the service. We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Calls and SMS
Calls handled by the receptionist are recorded and transcribed for service delivery and quality review, with a notice at the start of the call. SMS conversations are stored so the history stays available to your business. Your business is responsible for the notice and consent its own customers require for call recording and SMS in its state or province, and we set the greeting to what your counsel specifies.
